Antiparos: Effortlessly Chic, Endlessly Relaxing
Nestled just a short ferry ride from Paros, Antiparos is a serene escape in the Cyclades, offering an unspoiled environment where natural beauty meets Greek tradition. With its stunning beaches, sparkling turquoise waters, and quaint, whitewashed villages, Antiparos is the perfect destination for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.
The first things you see arriving at the port of Antiparos are the picturesque fishing boats and a lot of cafes and taverns surrounding the waterfront.
The paved alley begins from the port to the Venetian Castle, which is the traditional old village of Antiparos and the only village on the island. The Castle is located in the central square near the Cathedral of St. Nicholas.
All the streets are decorated with whitewashed flowered courtyards, hanging bougainvillea and geraniums and the walk on these streets is the best thing that we can do. This village is about 500 years old and it is visited without interruption.
There are many hotels, apartments, and luxury villas, which are located mostly in the port, but there are a lot of them which are located throughout the island.
The highest peak of this island is the Prophet Ilia. The landscape is typically Cycladic: little vegetation and hills with bushes that are lost in golden sands.

This hot summer destination has become a benchmark for the international jet set. The famous Hollywood couple Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson were the first foreign artists to fall in love with the island. They left the Bahamas and built a palace (480 m!).
